The Rainbow Factory School of Performing Arts

The Rainbow Factory School of Performing Arts has been nurturing the creative spirit of young people for over 25 years, becoming a cornerstone of youth arts in Northern Ireland. From drama and dance to technical theatre and front of house training, the Rainbow Factory offers more than just classes — it provides a platform for self-expression, confidence-building and social connection. Every week, hundreds of young people step through its doors to rehearse, collaborate and perform. But beyond performance, the Factory is also about leadership — supporting members to grow into facilitators, peer educators and community leaders. It’s a place where imagination takes centre stage and where young voices are amplified through the arts.

Radio YNP

Radio YNP is more than an online youth radio station—it’s a dynamic platform for connection, activism and storytelling. Developed as part of the Youth Network for Peace, the station gives young people across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland the tools to discuss what matters to them: identity, equality, politics, pop culture and beyond. With all content created by or featuring young people, Radio YNP is a rare space where youth perspectives drive the narrative. Whether through interviews, live sessions, or podcasts, it gives a voice to a generation eager to shape the future, not just talk about it.
