Youth Achievement Awards

The Youth Achievement Awards offer a practical, inclusive way for young people to gain recognition for the personal and social development they achieve through youth work activities. The programme values lived experience, effort, and growth — giving participants control over their own journey. From Bronze to Platinum, each level encourages greater responsibility, planning and leadership. Whether someone is taking part in a local project or leading a community initiative, the YAA framework helps young people reflect on their progress, build confidence and receive meaningful accreditation that complements academic qualifications.
