Challenge

Young people often lack sufficient access to updated cyber-related qualifications, which can limit their employment opportunities. CyberQuest aims to address their gap by providing training that develops not only IT and cybersecurity skills but also supports personal development and team building.

Our Approach

  • Qualifications:

We delivered The International Computer Driving License (ICDL) which is a globally recognized certification program that validates digital literacy and ICT skills with REIM Training Solutions. We are currently delivering Level 2 Leadership Skills training.

  • Personal Development

We have delivered sessions on teamwork, diversity, gender awareness, as well as mental health and masculinity.

  • Creative expression: an artistic approach to encourage young people to show their creativity and increase their confidence.
  • Provide a safe and comfortable environment for young people to come in.

Impact

  • Young people achieved the ICDL qualification, enhancing their employability prospects.
  • Increased awareness of diversity and inclusion, alongside improved interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Improved confidence and self-esteem among participants.
