Impact and Communications Administrator

To support monitoring and evaluation for the PEACEPLUS programme and support the collection and analysis of impact evidence among staff and project partners. The Administrator will be based in YouthAction's Newry office.

About the role

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

The main purpose of this role is to support monitoring and evaluation for the PEACEPLUS programme and supporting the collection and analysis of impact evidence among staff and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the PEACEPLUS Project Coordinator and partner organisations to implement evaluation, recording and monitoring systems across the PEACEPLUS projects.

MONITORING of data

IMPACT measurement

PROJECT review and evaluation

PR AND COMMS

Create case studies, videos and photography that can be shared with the communications team atYouthAction.

Contribute to content creation for the YouthAction website, social media, e-newsletter and other communication platforms.

Support communications through the YNP multi-media communication hub.

Attend relevant meetings, seminars and events (gathering pictures, quotes and sound bites for wider PRcomms).

GENERAL

Complete any other duties as directed by the Senior Leader at Youth Action Northern Ireland.

The ideal candidate is expected to behave in a professional manner at all times and adhere to YouthAction’s charter of expected behaviours.

Essential Criteria

Proven administration skills

IT skills including MS Office Packages

Computer literate

Maintenance of records and ensuring digital security

Ability to manage and prioritise information and produce clear reports and presentations

Experience in data collection, monitoring and data analysis

Desirable Criteria

Experience of working in a youth work setting

Involvement in working with other youth work charities/partnerships PR and communications

Experience of measuring outcomes for Good Relations / Peace Projects
