About the role
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager and Finance Team in the day-to-day financial operations of YouthAction NI in their Headquarters, College Square North (CSN) Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance as part of the Finance Team.
- Prepare and send out invoices.
- Maintain Financial spreadsheets.
- Prepare financial paperwork such as purchase orders, payment requisitions etc.
- Assist with financial claims.
- Provide occasional foyer cover as required.
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge/Experience of the Windows Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel).
- Proven interest in administrative and financial procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and within set timeframes.
- Willingness to undertake in-service training (such as IT Skills, Financial Skills, Health & Safety, Reception Skills etc).
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative or financial role.
Benefits
