About the role

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support as part of an admin team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email correspondence.
  • Telephone duties.
  • Typing word documents.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Occasional receptionist duties.

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent time-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

Benefits
