About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support as part of an admin team.
Key Responsibilities
- Email correspondence.
- Telephone duties.
- Typing word documents.
- Maintaining spreadsheets.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Occasional receptionist duties.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent time-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
Benefits
