The business plan is a document, which presents your vision & mission of your new business. Within it you can realise your goals in terms of:

  • Sales
  • Marketing strategies
  • Finance

It's a great tool for for analysing the reality of your idea.

To keep on track

Many young people want to start a business. It seems really attractive to work for yourself!

  • Being your own boss
  • Being creative
  • Work you care about
  • Making money

But there are drawbacks and risks, especially at the start when all the related costs and other aspects become clear. Writing a plan will require you to face these head on and detail realistically for all eventualities.

Securing trust

A rounded business plan will secure you trust from potential investors and potential clients that you know what you're doing and can fulfill the plans you've indicated within to be successful.

It will help you check accountability:

  • Business objectives
  • Customer profile
  • What makes you different/better
  • Investment required
  • Earnings
  • Resources

The acts of kindness can be acts of self-care, acts of kindness for those you know and love, random acts of kindness for strangers those less fortunate than you or acts of community kindness focusing on activism.


It also seeks to challenge the stereotyping by the mainstream media blaming young people for not social distancing and the narrative that young people don’t care about the spread of Covid-19.
