As the leading youth arts agency in Northern Ireland we enable all young people to achieve their full potential through our unique training opportunities.Youth Arts Performance

Through our youth arts development programmes we strive to provide the highest quality training, classes, performances, outreach programmes and issue based theatre opportunities for urban and rural young people across Northern Ireland, particularly those without access to traditional theatre opportunities.

All our artistic work with young people is underpinned by youth work principles and practices. We have been developing models of youth arts, combining highest artistic standards using professional artists, with best youth work practice.

We particularly invest in young adults, encouraging them to take on leadership roles through providing accredited training, shadowing and production opportunities. To ensure this we have developed a number of youth governance models of practice these include The Company and The Members Forum.

All of our programmes our delivered by our team of professional youth arts staff supported by our pool of freelance performing arts tutors from across Ireland and the United Kingdom. Youth Art Performance

The cornerstone of our youth arts programmes is The Rainbow Factory, School of performing arts.

Alongside the Rainbow Factory we provide an annual programme of outreach. Peer Training and issue based models of practice , these include; Kaleidoscope, Peer tutoring, Suitcase Theatre, Spectrum and Connections models of practice which enable rural young people,  ethnic young people and young people with disabilities to access performance opportunities and explore issues important to their lives using the medium of drama and film.

We believe in investing in young people providing them with artistic experiences that enable them to develop artistically, socially, personally. All of these experiences young enable them to have fun while developing their interest and involvement in the performing and allied arts.
